To help us investigate a paid-report issue, include the approximate purchase date and the Lemon Squeezy order or receipt reference if you have it. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive financial information.

Payments, receipts, and refunds

Paid StitchTip purchases are intended to be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout transaction, payment receipt, applicable transaction taxes, and payment/refund processing under its own buyer terms.

You may still contact support@stitchtip.com first for a product or delivery issue. We can investigate the StitchTip side of the purchase and, where appropriate, coordinate or process a refund through the merchant-of-record system.
